Dragon Yong-In Martial Arts was founded by Grand Master Brian Kwan Hyoung Jo and Co-owner Sr. Director Jin Jo with the goal and intent of educating students in the art of Taekwondo and Hapkido. They founded their school in February of 1999 in Leesburg, Virginia.

Both Grandmaster Jo and Director Jin are from South Korea, and have an extensive background in Martial Arts. Grandmaster Jo graduated college in 1993 at the Yong-In University in South Korea with his Bachelor's degree in Taekwondo. Grand Master Jo has continued practicing and perfecting this art.
